		<description>You know mona I used to hate eggplant &amp; only use it in Baba Ghanoush.
Last semester I was invited by one of my Iraqi friends &amp; her mom fry eggplant just like your recipe &amp; top it with sliced fried tomato &amp; serve it with tanor flat-bread ...I was polite enough :) to tried it ... actully it was very delicious :)
They call it in Iraqi (the monster of frying pan) :)</description>

Its the same preparation for what we call &quot;Begun baja (fry)&quot;. I like putting a little bit of sugar to the egg plants, then those do not absorb so  much of oil.</description>
