The Nizami cuisine of Hyderabad is undoubtedly one of the most opulent and illustrious of its kind. I have a great passion for all things Hyderabad, and its cuisine definitely holds a special place in my heart. I wish to explore deep into the traditional Hyderabadi cuisine/pakwaan and showcase it all here on my blog.
So what can you do to share your Hyderabadi recipes with me and the world?
1. If you are a passionate Hyderabadi foodie at heart and are familiar with some regular/daily basis, as well as those deeply buried rural or exquisite Hyderabadi recipes, please share your recipes with me. Simply send your recipes to me (along with medium size pictures preferably) at zaiqa(dot)mona(at)gmail(dot)com or by using the contact form. Also, feel free to share with me anything related to Hyderabadi food and the pakwaan/cuisine it is famous for, including your stories, recipes and pictures.
I will be immensely happy to go through your family Hyderabadi recipes and will definitely try them all, and inshallah publish your recipes here on my blog ~ Zaiqa, with your name (you will be informed when I post your recipe on my blog here).
2. Or you can also participate in the Food Festival Events that I host on my blog every year: I invite all my fellows Hyderabadis, living anywhere in the world, to send me the recipes of the dishes that you prepare during Ramadan/Eid-ul-Fitr, as well as during Eid-ul-Adha/Bakr-Eid using the Qurbani ka Gosht. I inshallah plan to host two events in the interest of the only two Muslim festivals/Eid on my blog every year.
Lets celebrate Hyderabadi Cuisine. I would love hear from you.
